Cross Agency Sharing is in beta

Our newest feature, Cross Agency Sharing, is currently under beta deployment with five Massachusetts agencies. This new feature will allow you to send any data from your DHQ to another agency’s DHQ in just a few clicks!

  • Only approved connections are allowed to send and receive data.
  • You manage who you share with
  • You manage exactly what data is sent
  • You manage what data is received and where it will be saved.
 
We are planning on a release date April. Stay tuned!

DHQ User Group Fall 2010 was a great success!

Delphi's first Digital HeadQuarters User Group was a huge success. Thank you to all of our customers who made this day a great, fun day.

Participants provided great feedback and valuable input in new ideas and features for DHQ.

James Trombly, President/CEO of Delphi, shared how the business of Delphi is progressing, with an increase of over 140% growth in the DHQ customer base.

Karin Rhoton, Operations Manager, explained the available support and maintenance offerings for DHQ customers.

Stephen Rock, Customer Account Manager, shared Delphi's many support offerings including how to request support, receive updates for new features and DHQ's new manuals.

David Lozzi, Product Development Manager, shared some of the new features available to DHQ, what's coming soon in the next several months and also some new ideas still in early concept.
