Digital HeadQuarters was created in 2004 while working very closely with the Woburn Police Department in Massachusetts. Woburn's personnel provided vital input in the features and functionality of DHQ. Since then, we have come to rely on the input from all of our customers in creating the only solution for managing a police department and officer safety.
